The first, and easiest, way would be to price shop for room finishes, such as light fixtures, vanities, etc. Second, would be good old sweat equity. For example, you could rent a dumpster and do part of the demo or do the painting; choose something you’re comfortable doing.

It depends on the specific job and county where the work will be completed.

HCCI L.L.C. will travel to Brown, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, Monroe, and Morgan counties.
